Payment Methods

- Bank Transfer (Client pays all bank charges)
Payment Terms
Deposit: 50% of total booking required at the time of confirmation.
Balance: Due 7 days before arrival in Sri Lanka.
Last-Minute Bookings: 100% payment required at the time of booking.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds will follow the Booking Terms & Conditions.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on banks/payment providers.
Currency & Exchange Rates
Payments are processed in USD or LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees).
Exchange rates follow the Central Bank of Sri Lanka at the time of booking.
Security
All transactions are protected with SSL encryption. We do not store full credit card details.
